Cancellations & Changes
The option to change or cancel a flight or ferry ticket, a travel or a different product or service as well as the terms and conditions that rule such a change or cancellation, is subject to the terms and conditions set by each single provider and travelcraft.gr is in no position to alter them.
The cost that may arise by changing or cancelling a travel service, defined by the terms and conditions of each provider is exclusively payable by the user.
Before making a reservation, it is mandatory for the user to carefully read, understand and accept the fares’ terms and conditions. Travelcraft.gr is always at your disposal for clarifications on any term of the booking procedure. After completing a reservation, the user alone takes full responsibility.
In case the provider gives the user the option to cancel or change a product or service, the user who wishes to make any changes or cancellations is responsible to inform travelcraft.gr in writing otherwise travelcraft.gr can not proceed to the alteration of cancellation of the reservation.
Flight Tickets:
In case of change r cancellation of a travel due to a provider’s failure, travelcraft.gr will hange or cancel the reservation free of charge, provided that the provider has onsented.
The option to change or cancel a ticket or a ifferent product or service provided by travelcraft.gr is subject to the terms nd conditions set by each provider. Except from the terms and conditions that rule
a fare or an airline company, the service fee of travelcraft.gr apply as stated elow:
• Change / reissuing of domestic or international flight ticket: 10€ per ticket
• Cancellation of domestic or international light ticket: 10€ per ticket
In case a customer buys either a round trip ticket or a multiple destination ticket and does not wishes to fly the booked itineraries sequentially, the must ontact travelcraft.gr to be informed whether this is feasible since each arline has its policy on the issue. If the passenger is considered non show rom the airline on the first itinerary of his trip, the airline might cancel the rest of his itineraries as well. In some cases, the use of the remaining itineraries might be permitted with additional charge.
The refund due to cancellations is processed exclusively by travelcraft.gr only after the airline company itself has proceeded with the refund to travelcraft.gr. The refund process depends on the refund process of each provider.
Ferry Tickets:
The option to cancel or change either to another date or to an open date of a ferry ticket is subject to the terms and conditions set by each single provider and travelcraft.gr is in no position to alter them.
In case of cancellation or change of a ferry ticket either to another or to an open date, it is mandatory that the user returns the ticket either to travelcraft.gr offices, to the relevant provider’s offices or to the port representative of the provider in order to proceed with the cancellation or the change to another or an open date. In any other case, travelcraft.gr or the provider can not proceed with the cancellation or the alteration of a ticket.
The refund due to cancellations is processed exclusively from travelcraft.gr only after the provider itself has proceeded with the refund to travelcraft.gr.
Open date tickets usually are valid for a specific period of time set by the provider (ferry line) and are subject to its terms and conditions. Therefore, before changing a ticket to an open date one, we strongly advise the user to contact travelcraft.gr in order to find out more about the terms and conditions and the timeframe he can use his open date ticket. The user can replace an open date ticket with a fixed date ticket of the same or higher price only for itineraries operated by the same company and by paying the difference.
In case of cancellation due to provider’s failure or bad weather conditions, there is no cancellation fee and the user get refunded in full either at his credit card, his bank account or in cash depending the method of payment he / she preferred when buying the tickets.
Cancellation policy of ferry lines:
Up to 14 days before departure date: 100% refund on ticket value or change to new / open date.
Up to 7 days before departure date: 75% refund on ticket value or change to new / open date.
Up to 24 hours before departure date: 50% refund on ticket value or change to new / open date.
Up to 12 hours before departure date: 50% refund of the fare.
Attention! Tickets described by the ferry lines as special offer or special date tickets (e.g. Easter time, Pentecost and other national holidays) can not be cancelled, changed to another date or replaced with open date tickets.
Cancellations made in less than 12 hours before departure are NOT entitled to a refund.
After departure: Tickets can not be cancelled, changed to another date or replaced with open date tickets.
The aforementioned cancellation times follow the travelcraft.gr working hours. For out of business hours cancellations, times are set by the last working day of travelcraft.gr.
Other Services:
The option to change or cancel hotel reservations, car rentals, transfers, yacht chartering or any other service, the user is responsible to get informed on the cancellation policies before taking any action.
The travelcraft.gr service fee included in all purchases is non-refundable in case of cancellation. In the case of cancellation due to provider’s failure, there are no cancellation charges and travelcraft.gr does not impose further service fee.
